Profile:
Nancy H. Dewald is Reference Librarian at Penn State Berks, with the rank of Librarian. Her research interests are in the use of technology in library instruction, particularly computer-mediated communication in its various forms, including web-based instruction, and adding library resources and services to the courseware environment. She is also interested in collaboration with teaching faculty to offer reference service and instruction in information literacy to undergraduate students. She has had articles published in The Journal of Academic Librarianship, Information Technology and Libraries, and portal: Libraries and the Academy.
