Mr. John M. Meyers is an Adjunct Instructor of Environmental Science at Penn State Berks. His scholarly and teaching interests include sustaining the Earth's Natural Capital, and Ecology and Human Impacts on the Biosphere. John's teaching experience includes two years as a secondary teacher of Biology at Reading High School, as well as thirty years as a secondary teacher of Biology, General Science and Life Science at Governor Mifflin Junior High/Middle School. Other experiences he brings to the classroom include three years as a Naval Officer during the Vietnam Era, extensive traveling and a lifelong love of nature.
